Great app and tuner it has save my butt in band class multiple times for tuning

This is what the kids today refer to as the "Ess Aych Eye Tee." I love iStrobosoft, but this, my friends, blows it away. I would love to meet the geniuses behind this app, as well as their other apps like ThumbJam. Totally impressed. Wow.

This app is fabulous! Great for any instruments especially French horns if I do say so myself. Works wonders.

This app is amazing, I use it everyday when I practice. It does so much more then just tune your instrument. Im so glad I found this app, I would totally recommend it to everyone.

I know everyone says this, but this app is so much more than a tuner!! It has a tone generator that helps a lot when youre trying to play a specific note (or, in my situation, reach a high note) and a metronome. I use the tuner everyday and overall this app is just amazing!

this is my favorite tuning app for woodwinds. the way it registers coming "in" to tune emphasizes feeling the center of the pitch. its graphing of scales is very handy too.

I purchased this app because I thought It could be used to tune my harpsichord to Kimberger, Vilotti and other historical tunnings, but sadly, non of the temperments is accuate except for equal temperment. Had to purchase a competitive product for another $4 which works perfectly and which is very accurate. How do I get a refund for defective product?

This tuner is easy to use and has useful features. I find it detects the tones of the drones on my uilleann pipes better than the Petersen tuner so I use this tuner for that tuning task. But the Petersen tuner has a temperament designed specifically for the uilleann pipes chanter so I use the Petersen tune for that. It detects the chanters tones fairly reliably.

Its great!!! Totally worth it. Im in a symphonic band and need a tuner and use this. It has a metronome on it along with a few dozens instruments to choose from!

Prior to purchasing, I downloaded every available tuner in the App Store. I was always dissatisfied. This has a metronome; a tap pad. A tuner that the sensitivity can be adjusted to match the experience of the player and a Ton of other features. If youre looking for it all in one place and a program that works for a beginner all the way to a professional musician ... This is it!!

Works for everything. Throw out dr beat and do this tuner. Only issue I have is that it wont display all options depending on orientation

I love this app on my phone!!! Can we be expecting an Apple Watch version for more mobility?? I think it would be amazing for guitar tuning!!!!!

This is a great app for anyone in the music world!

This tuner has the most promise of all the options youll find in the App Store. The tuner works great, has a simple visual scheme that makes it easy for you or your students to use. Right now the biggest drawback is the battery drain in the background. Since the app hasnt been updated for more than a year, it seems that it doesnt play as nicely with the battery as it should. If I have the app open as a tuner for two minutes and then close it, Ill find an hour later that the battery in my device has markedly drained. Often times when I check the battery status sheet on my phone, it shows that on the order of 30% of my last 24-hour battery usage has been TE Tuner running in the background. There is an option for turning off background audio within the TE app, but that doesnt seem to change battery drain. Its a little unfortunate, because this is the most-used tool for me in my classroom. But, it has become a serious nuisance to have to remember to double-tap the home button at some point after a class and manually close down the app. Im hoping that very soon the developers give this app a little needed TLC. This could easily regain its title as the reigning champion of music education apps.

I cannot download the app, Ive already paid for it and i would like to use it. This app needs to be updated so that it is more compatible with iOS8 and future updates to iPhone.

I can never get it fully in tune. Other than that its great!

It works for everything I need as a musician.
